We offer a mix of in-stock collectibles and made-to-order merchandise. Please review the information below regarding order processing and shipping.
In-Stock Items
Our retail operations are open on weekends, and orders are fulfilled during our weekly processing cycle.
- Orders placed Monday through Sunday before 4:00 PM CST will be processed during the upcoming weekend.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST on Sunday will be processed the following weekend.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Made-to-Order Items
Some apparel, accessories, and merchandise are produced specifically for you after your order is placed through our print partner.
For made-to-order items:
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
- Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
- These items may ship separately from other products in your order.
- Tracking information will be provided once production is complete and the item has shipped.
Because these items are custom-made specifically for each customer, processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Orders Containing Both Item Types
If your order contains both in-stock items and made-to-order items:
- Items may arrive in separate packages.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking information.
- Shipping timelines will vary depending on the products ordered.
Shipping Timeframes
After an order has been shipped, typical carrier transit times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Carrier-dependent
Please note that transit times do not include order processing or production time.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Geek'd is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
